I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, exceeding my expectations. The reception was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were stylish and fresh, and the shower was excellent. The location was central and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and fun to interact with. The free walking tour was a bonus. The minibar with bottled water and soda was a nice touch.
Can't fault anything about it.

It´s location near to the opera and between 2 metro stops. Our room at the back was very quiet and the beds were comfortable.

The location of this hotel is fantastic and very very good-near metro and the city center. It's easy to walk to Puerta Del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and Opera. The staff at this hotel is really helpful and friendly. They make you feel welcome and are always ready to assist you. Despite the small size of the rooms, they are bright and surprisingly quiet. You can have a good night's sleep without any disturbance.
All was excellent, no improvements needed.

This hotel was a great find! the value for money was fantastic. The prices were very reasonable and it exceeded our expectations. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. They provided all the basic amenities we needed and even had a mini fridge in the room which was a nice touch. Lastly, the location was perfect for exploring the city on a budget. It was situated in an inexpensive area but still close to the main attractions.
All was perfect, couldn't have asked for more!

Family reunion. Booked 3 rooms: for 4, 3, & 2. Great location in Center, near Opera and Sol. Offered a room for 2 adults+2 children. Price was right. Staff was plesant and helpful. Room/bath were spotless.
Rooms were a bit tight but adequate.

Great value for money! This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay - basic amenities, cozy rooms with comfortable decoration, fridge, and a tasty breakfast available. The location is perfect - very central and in an inexpensive area, close to shisha bars, markets, and touristy stuff.
All was good, nothing to complain about!

We were very pleased with the hotel because it was 5' from the metro (Opera station) and 10' walking from Puerta Del Sol. Eventhough the room was small, it didn't bother us, as it was very modern (yellow walls & posters of the city on them), it had a computer and wifi for free and free mini bar. I would stay again for sure & i recommend it for young couples who want to be in the city's action.

The hotel had a clean appearance and the staff was friendly and helpful. the beds were comfortable and the location was convenient to major attractions. One of the best aspects was the option for a delicious breakfast with fresh juice and a dish of your choice. the free bottles of water and coke were appreciated.
The WiFi was quite poor and difficult to use. the noise level inside the hotel was also high, which made getting a good night's sleep challenging.

Staff was nice but not very helpful or knowledgable.

The computer w/ internet in the room was great, the location was fantastic (just tucked off of Opera Metro stop) and the woman working on reception was exceptionally helpful and pleasant.
Room was a bit dark with minimal natural light.

Stayed for 3 nights at a funky and vibrant hostel. Warm welcome and helpful staff. Excellent shower in a slightly small bathroom. Central location, easily accessible by metro. Free daily restocking of mini fridge. Limited choice and service in the restaurant, but overall a great spot to stay in central Madrid at a reasonable price. Would recommend to other travelers. Cons: N/A.

Friendly staff and good location. Cool design! Great minibar.
Short beds. The breakfast was'nt worth the money and if we had known that it was served at à café 300 meters away we had'nt reserver it.
